Through our bodies we experience. And yet we are so often distracted by the constant demands of our over active minds we loose connection our body, falling into negative patterns and making choices which often don’t nourish us.
Through this workshop, we start to uncover these layers of negative patterns, allowing ourselves time and space to develop a deeper sense of awareness and the ability to tune in and listen.
Our morning yoga practice will be a full body expression of love, moving through free movement and embodied flow, closing with a 15 minute meditation to bring us back to centre.
We will take a light vegan lunch together downstairs in the Rye Bakery cafe...all dietary requirements will be catered for.
In our afternoon restorative practice we embody the message to ourselves “it’s going to be ok, I am worthy to receive” by moving gently through nourishing poses using our props to fully support our bodies.
We will finish our workshop with a blissful Yoga Nidra.

This workshop is available to everybody regardless of physical ability or mental stability. It is an opportunity to get to know yourself better and love yourself completely.
