Shanti Shala Yoga
I have been practising yoga for over 10 years, a journey which has taken me on progressively inquisitive paths to develop and gain more knowledge and understanding of this beautiful and ancient lifestyle. Discovering Ashtanga when travelling in India with my family, channelled my focus and brought my practice into a discipline that I could fully immerse myself in, even with young children and a nomadic lifestyle.
Through my dedicated practice, I began to discover changes within my physical and mental bodies, which allowed me to transcend into a higher, happier, more balanced version of myself. Through practice, i began to cultivate awareness, love and compassion and this inspired me to share my growing knowledge of this ancient tradition with others.
I completed my 200 hour TTC at Sampoorna school of yoga in India in 2017, and my personal and teaching practices started to develop more creatively, with greater reverence and with a deeper understanding of the body's anatomical and physic capabilities.

This course has been created to fit in with your lifestyle. Each week you will receive an email containing the following package which can be done at a time which suits you, from the comfort of your own home...
1 x 20 minute (ish) Solar Flow
a dynamic and invigorating movement practice to fire you up.
1 x 20 minute (ish) Lunar Flow
a slow flow with some yin and restorative poses which can be practiced on it’s own or can continue on from your solar flow.
1 x 5 minute meditation
to correlate to the theme of the week.
